The annual Wade-Albany Reunion was last Saturday at the Wade-Albany Senior Citizen Center with almost 100 people in attendance. There were 95 in attendance and according to Jim Dunegan, president of the reunion, a good time was had by all.

An Achille man has been arrested for suspicion of murder following an investigation by the Achille Police Department and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

The Durant Lions Club recently met at the Choctaw Cultural Center to celebrate their annual accomplishments and elect new officers. The evening started with a guided tour of the Cultural Center, which the members found to be very interesting and informative.
