November declared Diabetes Awareness Month

Durant Mayor Martin Tucker presented a proclamation proclaiming November as Diabetes Awareness Month during a recent Durant City Council meeting. The proclamation was presented to Durant Parks & Recreation Manager Ryan Brewer.
