Turkey dropped from helicopter

KLBC Radio had its turkey drop last Saturday at the Durant High School to collect donations for the school district’s backpack program to provide food to students to take home. A turkey was dropped onto square markings with numbers on the parking lot from a helicopter piloted by Dr.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Dana Hugle, Assistant State Director of Performance and Operations at the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center hosted by Southeastern Oklahoma State University, has been selected to participate in the 37th Class of Leadership Oklahoma.

State Chamber of Oklahoma meeting held in Durant

The State Chamber of Oklahoma had an Employers in Action luncheon at Roadhouse in Durant recently that gave human resources (HR) personnel the opportunity to connect with other employment professionals in the area, plus elected offi cials.

Major investment in mental well being announced

The Texoma Health Foundation held its annual Grateful Gathering on November 13. More than 100 people attended the event. Guests were able to dine on food from the Grayson College Culinary Department and listen to the Band on Grand, a band from Austin College.
