Rock Creek took early leads and gradually pulled away in both contests to sweep Achille in Bryan County basketball action last week. The Lady Mustangs posted a 42-28 win in the opener with the Mustangs following up with a 41-32 decision for their initial victory.

Caddo erupts for playoff-opening blowout

CADDO – The Caddo Bruins scored on all six first half possessions and added an interception return touchdown to blow past visiting Foyil, 47-0, in the opening round of the Class B Division 1 state playoffs last week.
