The Silo Lady Rebels ran into defending state champ Perry in the Class 3A state fastpitch opening round and saw their season ended for a second year in a row to the Lady Maroons in a 6-1 decision at Devon Park in Oklahoma City.

Another dominant defensive performance and record setting rushing attack were the main ingredients as Southeastern returned home to smash Southern Nazarene, 40-14, on Saturday at Paul Laird Field.

Bruins romp, prep for Homecoming showdown

The Caddo Bruins forced four turnovers and racked up 406 yards of total offense in just one half to blast by Savanna, 55-8, in district football action last week. Now 6-1 overall and 2-0 in league play, the Bruins face a huge showdown with co-leader Keota on Friday night for Homecoming.

OKLAHOMA CITY - Execution was the name of the game for Silo baseball last weekend and the Rebels executed with near precision to their 20th state championship, toppling long-time rival Dale, 8-3, in the Class 2A title tilt at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
